Frequently Asked Questions
How long will delivery take?We will endeavour to deliver all products within 3 to 5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to deliver the products or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (eg because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this.
Can I have delivery to a P.O. Box?We are committed to making sure each delivery reaches the right person. We need to deliver to a home or work address where someone can sign for the delivery; therefore unfortunately a P.O. Box is not an option.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?If for some reason you don’t receive your order contact us.
Why do you need my email address?We will email you confirming receipt of your order. We do not send unsolicited emails. We do not give your email to any other person or company. If you would like to be notified of any Specials or New Products you are welcome to register with us and we will contact you by email.
Can I have delivery made overseas?Please make contact with us on 09 269 4007 or use contact us and we will discuss the possibility. There will be additional charges for any overseas delivery.
How can I make payment? Is it safe?Credit Card payments: We are currently using the Paymex system. Paymex is securely
protected with high grade encryption and data transfer techniques.
I am a retailer - can I buy wholesale?" In some instances we are able to supply wholesale - please
